Stephen J. Stefanik

Stephen J. Stefanik was born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended Robert Morris University for his undergraduate studies and graduated with a degree in Economics. During his time at Robert Morris he won the “Presidential Undergraduate Award for Economics” and the “Outstanding Economics Student Award”. His legal studies brought him to Southwest Florida where he accepted an academic scholarship to Ave Maria School of Law. Mr. Stefanik has worked as a Public Defender, a role in which he gained valuable courtroom and trial experience. He also operated a solo practice for four years focusing on criminal defense and personal injury. Prior to joining Wolfson & Leon he practiced at a well-respected South Florida personal injury law firm. Mr. Stefanik knows that a personal injury lawsuit can be a stressful situation for all involved, but as your advocate he will ensure that you are kept informed and understand the complexities and nuances of the litigation process.
