Alina Hart, Esq.

Miami, Florida, served as the backdrop for Ms. Hart's upbringing, where she nurtured the seeds of her future success. In 2000, she graduated with flying colors, achieving Magna Cum Laude status, from Florida State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics. Her quest for knowledge continued as she pursued a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, successfully completing her law degree in 2003. During her time in law school, she wholeheartedly embraced her passion for assisting underrepresented communities, first as an Equal Justice Works fellow with Farmworker Legal Services of Michigan and later as a Certified Legal Intern with Legal Services of North Florida. Ms. Hart embarked on her legal career at an in-house law firm representing an automobile insurance company, dedicating the next 19 years to zealously representing insurance carriers and their insureds throughout the labyrinthine world of litigation. The year 2023 marked a significant turning point as she transitioned to representing the injured and guiding her clients through the intricate process of litigation, all while being a staunch advocate for their rights. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Hart treasures her moments spent with her husband, two children, and their beloved Old English Sheepdog.
